WAGYU BEEF BOX TIMELINE
From our FARM to your FORK
1. PRE-ORDER
Secure your share of our next beast by pre-ordering your beef box. This ensures you won't miss out and allows us to manage our herd sustainably, preventing any waste.
2. BUTCHERING
As soon as enough orders are placed to account for a whole animal, we select a prime beast from our herd. It is then entrusted to our master butcher who handles the process with the utmost respect and skill.
3. AGING
The key to exceptional flavour is patience. The carcass is expertly aged for a minimum of 21 days in a climate-controlled environment. This traditional process tenderises the meat and concentrates its incredible Wagyu flavour.
4. CUTTING & PACKING
Once the aging process is complete, our butcher meticulously breaks down the carcass into a selection of premium cuts. Each piece is then carefully vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness and ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
5. DELIVERY
