It is important to us at Wild Atlantic Wagyu, that you receive, cook and fully enjoy our wagyu beef. To achieve this, we at Wild Atlantic Wagyu will do everything in our power to offer you the best possible delivery experience.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery Methods: We offer delivery via refrigerated transport for our Wagyu products.

Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We strive to offer competitive rates for all deliveries, but there is a correlation between distance and delivery cost.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery Times:

Perishable Goods (Wagyu): Typically delivered within 1-3 business days to ensure optimum freshness.

Delivery Time Guarantees: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

3. Delivery Conditions

Perishable Goods (Wagyu): To maintain the quality and freshness of our Wagyu, it is essential that someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for produce left unattended.

4. Delivery Locations

We deliver Wagyu to the address / Eircode provided by you within Ireland. For international deliveries, please contact our customer service for more information.

Refunds Policy

1. Right to Cancel and Return

Perishable Goods (Wagyu): Due to the nature of perishable goods, you do not have the right to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. However, if the Wagyu is damaged or of poor quality upon delivery, please contact us immediately on receipt and any claim must be in writing supported with photographic evidence.

2. Return Process

Perishable Goods (Wagyu): If you receive damaged or poor-quality Wagyu, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

3. Refunds

Perishable Goods (Wagyu): Refunds for Wagyu are only provided if the produce is damaged or of poor quality upon delivery, with photographic evidence required. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

4. Exchanges

Perishable Goods (Wagyu): Due to the nature of perishable goods, exchanges may not be available. In that situation, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
