4. Orders
4.1. Placing an Order: To place an order, add the desired Wagyu products to your cart and proceed to checkout. You must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
4.2. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you.
4.3. Pricing and Availability: All prices are quoted in euros and and as beef is a food item, it is VAT exempt. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices and availability, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of a product you ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment Methods: We accept payment via secure payment gateways, including cash, debit /credit card, cheque or EFT.
5.2. Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process your payments. Your payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery Methods: We offer delivery via our own refrigerated transport or a refrigerated courier. To avoid a delivery charge, by prior agreement, customers may also collect their order for our facility in Clare.
6.2. Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services. We prioritize swift delivery to ensure the quality of our Wagyu beef.
6.3. Delivery Cost: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected delivery method.
6.4. Delivery Conditions: Due to the perishable nature of our Wagyu products, you must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for products left unattended. Specific instructions for frozen or chilled deliveries can be added here.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Right to Cancel: Under EU law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products without giving any reason, except for perishable goods like Wagyu beef.
7.2. Return Process: To cancel your order for non-perishable goods included with your Wagyu purchase (e.g., condiments), you must inform us in writing via email or post. You must return the products in their original condition within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation.
7.3. Refunds: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned non-perishable products. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Due to the perishable nature of Wagyu beef, refunds are only provided if the product is damaged on delivery, with photographic evidence required.

8.1. Product Warranty: All products are covered by a statutory warranty for defects in conformity with the contract.
8.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of products.
